First timers at Dreams. Felt very welcomed by all staff. We had Sean looking after us the whole time. He gave us space to look around and discuss our options. He kept checking in on us and made us a lovely cup of tea. Nothing was too much trouble. We don't have a bad thing to say about our experience at Dreams. Highly recommend to anyone especially first time buyers who are unsure of what they are looking for. We left feeling very satisfied with our purchases and are coming back again to purchase another bed for our spare room 😊

We were greeted by David, who initially asked us to use the hand sanitiser and then approached us. Which gave me the impression he himself takes the government guidelines seriously. He then introduced himself and asked us what we wanted to look at today. Asking very specific and tailored questions meant we were able to purchase our new bed with so much ease. In comparison to a sales pitch we recieved from another retailer " Bensons for beds" I could tell he cared. He looked after our baby girl in the pram as the lift was out of bounds due to covid. So myself and husband could go to the 2nd floor and view the beds. He went above and beyond . We came into the Norwich branch, with the intention to just check out the tempur mattress again. To be doubly sure that's what we wanted. we initially did the sleep test in the Gravesend store. But we walked away purchasing our new super king-size bed and mattress with pillows and a protector! David and Dennis were both down to earth gentlemen and I appreciated there sincere efforts in assisting us. David's non pushy, caring vibe is what helped us purchase our dream bed. Thank you Dreams
