From the moment we walked in we had great customer care, very good at explaining the products and the sleepmatch machine. There was no pressure to buy and no pressure to purchase the most expensive match to us. Laurence, who served us, did not hover or stick to us like glue so we felt comfortable at all times and all the staff have been very friendly.
