The gentleman was very friendly and very helpful and understood what I needed and did everything he could to make my vist to your Salhouse Rd store worth while I can’t remember his name but he was a older gentleman 10/10

Laurence was very welcoming and very competent. He greeted us, listened to our needs. He did a sleepmatch, gave us a pillow and the protection coverings.and we also had a lovely coffee too. We felt at ease. Didn't feel rushed or pressured and Laurences knowledge about everything was excellent. Would definitely use this store again.
