Matt who served me was excellent in listening to what I wanted and giving me lots of options so I could make the right choice for me. I was offered a tea, a pillow and coverings. I was not rushed and had time to look around which I appreciated. I was offered the mattress machine to see which mattress would suit me best, this was interesting and informative. I found other staff members to be in really good spirits and polite. Overall it was a really good shopping experience. Thanks.

both dreams colleagues were extremely helpful throughout from their knowledge to the sleep mattress machine and talking us through which matteresses would suit our needs best and the high standard of ppe which were provided - top marks through out - thanks david & kieran
