The staff were amazing. Matthew was an absolute gent. We went round and round from bed to bed no hassle no pressure. We were offered tea coffee water. All the time we were there we were constantly asked if we were ok, very reassuring. The layout of the store and the staffs awareness of customers in the store was brilliant. We never felt ignored or pushed. If anyone wants to buy a bed then Dreams is the way to go. Couldn’t fault a thing. Everything was explained clearly. We’ve been married 26 years this is our first new bed and believe me it’s not the last. All round amazing. Thankyou to all the staff at dreams Norwich. Matthew top banana.

Our store assistant Matthew greeted us in a courteous manner and was very helpful throughout our whole visit. He was very knowledgable about the products and we are very satisfied with the chosen product
