- great product knowledge - super helpful - Dennis understood when to come over and help and when to give us space to browse - He explained the different bed types and offered us a pillow to use while testing

I went in to buy an orthopaedic pillow. Dennis showed the pillows and talked me through the range and allowed me to try them out so I could find the perfect one. He made us coffee while we waited. I explained that we would be looking for a mattress in the near future but not living in Norwich, and our local store having closed, was to sure where the branches were. He looked them up and offered for us to try the bed machine. We were so impressed that we ended up ordering a mattress as well. Dennis was exceptional as were the rest of the staff in store.

Excellent product knowledge and not pushed into buying the most expensive bed but the bed we wanted. Dave was superb sales man and the whole team were very friendly and approachable. Definite recommend to all

The sales team were on hand and informative but not intrusive and didn't follow us round. Once we found what we were looking for they were very efficient and generous with extras, much to our surprise and delight.

Sales colleague understood my desire for product to be low impact on the environment and gave me better alternatives to the options I’d researched myself.
