We were greeted . Not pushy demonstrated everything we asked for . Also asked us if we wanted a cold drink . His name was Laurence . Very good

Went in to have a look around at ottoman beds. Found one that I was keen on and asked Matt if he could show me how to open it and explain the features to me. He was informative and friendly and even explained the other beds to us as well. We left to look at some other shops came back and spoke to him again and went ahead with the purchase.

The moment we came into the store the friendliness of the staff and service was of the upmost highest , a pleasure to place my order .

Not pushy and very helpful

We needed a new mattress and had done some small amount of research prior to going to Dreams. We had planned to purchase a Hypnos mattress but changed our minds. The sleepchecker experience was unexpected and a little unnerving, but we thought it was brilliant, it really narrowed down our options, and we did end up choosing one of the mattresses recommended.
