On arrival at the store there were very clear social distance measures in place. The store was well presented, clean and tidy. After entering we were greeted politely and staff checked we had used hand sanitiser. I found this very reassuring that measures were being enforced. Being a very hot August day we were also offered a cold drink which was very much needed.We were offered the chance to use the sleep match whIch was really helpful at narrowing down our choices. The cleaning measures were great. Most helpfully, compared to other stores we visited that day, we were given our own pillows with protective covers. This was much better than sheets of tissue at other stores which easily tore after laying on once. Sean discussed the results and left us to try through our options. We chatted at length with Sean about our choice, he dealt with my hundreds of questions beautifully-I’m very fussy about my bed. All products were clearly explained and not forcefully encouraged like with some sales staff. I was extremely happy with the service I received.

The young man who met us at the door greeted us very nicely, he explained everything to us regarding health and safety. It was a particularly hot day and he offered us some bottles of water. He stayed close by so he knew what we wanted and when we were ready to order. He talked to us about sleepmatch and what might be suitable in our price range. While our order was being put through he asked if we needed any new bedding and pillows. Our order was put through and the young man spoke to us about the support your company had given to all of your staff, we were very impressed with the company's helpfulness to it's staff during the pandemic situation and would come back again when we needed any type of bed/bedding.
