Just nice and easy transaction. Didn’t have to sleep on it to make a decision

The staff member was friendly and approachable. She was informative and couldn't have done more to help me. She rang another store to see if she could get a discount for me and did all she could to answer any queries. My safety and the safety of my five year old was paramount and all staff were professional but they left me to browse and I did not feel under any pressure (that's really important to me). Thank you very much for all your help. I will be recommending Dreams in the future to my friends and family.

Felix (and everyone else in the store that day) were fantastic. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall it was probably the best shopping experience that I've ever had.
