Extremely helpful colleague Alex ,very friendly, welcoming, listened to our needs and showed us the correct products.Didnt rush us to make decisions, very patient and good advice and knowledge of products. Best bed shopping experience I've ever had .Excellent social distancing practices with hand sanitizer. Excellent place to shop .

Felix took time to explain the pros and cons of different types of mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. The store was very well organised in terms of social distancing and we felt safe. Thank you.

Vivek was great from the outset! He explained the bed technology well and, once the results were given, went through the mattresses with me. He took into consideration my views on memory foam and provided me with excellent options Vivek was friendly but not pushy and allowed me to make my decision without me feeling pressured!
