The staff were friendly,knowledgeable and attentive.I have been a customer for many years and like the fact that I can go in store and within half an hour I’ve explained what I want and the staff have then found me the right product.

The staff where very helpful and knowledgable and really took the time to find the right products for my needs.

Customer service was brilliant, felix was very helpful and very understanding when we had to amend our order!

I was greeted by an assistant as soon as I entered the store. Telling him the bed I was replacing he told me its special features and immediately took me to a group of beds which were similar. I was offered refreshment whilst in the store, when I had decided on the bed I wanted the assistant invited me to the desk where the order was completed. As I am walking on crutches and unable to carry the paperwork he volunteered to carry them to my caI couldn't have had better assistance.

My wife and I were given every option to help decide on the best way forward with our purchase. We returned to dreams Nine Years after purchasing our King Size bed and found the same level of service as before. Excellent.

All the staff in store were very friendly. John was attentive, patient and helpful with my bed requirements, even though it was close to store closing time when we arrived at the store. John processed my order very efficiently and all staff were very kind to my 7 year old neice. Giving her a lolly for being so well behaved, which I felt was a lovely personal touch. After leaving the store I discovered that the headboard ordered was not in the corresponding colour the the bed base. I phoned the customer service helpline Monday lunchtime and the lady I spoke to over the phone was more than happy to help me change the colour of my chosen headboard. Again very polite efficient customer service.
