Excellent products, great value and better service. One staff member (Amy) even took care of my 3 year old twins, enabling me to place my order in relative calm!

The salesperson, John, who greeted us on arrival was knowledgeable and very clear in his demonstration of the various possibilities that were available to us. Having given us the necessary information he allowed us the time and space to contemplate our decision without pressure but remained available should we have needed supplementary information.

The guys at the shop were great to deal with, friendly and good product knowledge, and even when I needed help a week down the line they didn’t hesitate and I’m still a very satisfied customer. It’s not often you spend 2k on a mattress and when you do, a nice experience goes a long way. Thanks again

I went to Dreams a few weeks ago, at that point I was given lots of help and advice all my questions were answered, I dint purchased anything then, but went home and talked it over with my partner, I did shopped around but found the ones in dreams was much better than elsewhere, so I phoned the shop was invited to come back we had a good look around and made my choice, I need another bed for my spare room so aim planning to return and buy another bed, already chosen the one. I was offer the finance option but declined is as aim on sick from work. Aim very satisfied with the assistance and the help given, plus my cup of tea.
