We given full assistance by John and given plenty of time to view the range of beds available. When deciding on our final choice John again gave us help in making our final selection.

Very happy as soon as I walked in.i was met by a charming lady called Alex in the Nottingham store on lady bay She also took my order .made me coffee. Well John was the coffee maid that day lol. I only walked in to have a look round but ended up buying a bed I liked Even got free pillows Excellent service . All the staff looked like they wanted to work there and all got on as a team and it showed Well done lady bay notts and thank you

I knew the mattress I wanted and was able to find one very similar in your store

Aimee was very helpful and friendly with us, and helped us find the right mattress for us, even when that meant moving mattresses between bed frames and helping look after our 16month old boy while we tried them out. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Efficient and friendly service.

The assistant who helped us did just that - he helped without being intrusive and was able to discuss our needs and understand what we were after without pushing other products as well. I don't like "pushy" salespeople so was very happy to find just the right level of help and knowledge for me. He had a good level of empathy, when I explained my health problems with finding the correct bed, for myself and my husband. He deserves a medal!!!!!!

It was a nice clean store with plenty of choice . And very friendly staff. That made you feel welcome.

When we walked into your store we were given 5 minutes to survey the place then David Peter introduced himself and explained the colour coding of the beds and pointed them out, when we ready to buy David aproached us and explained all about the bed, he also offered us a refreshment ,he explained all about the mattress which we bought, he then told us about the finance, we then arranged the delivery which was great,he told us about the guarantee and gave us the protector and the four free pillows which was very nice ,in all this time David was was very nice and helpfull and could not be more helpfull he came over as a member of the family instead of a shop salesman,I know this is a compettion but win or lose I am impressed with the shop and the service we received and would recomend you.

Dave was very helpful and didn't rush me in my decision - I did take some time choosing. His knowledge of what he was doing and his explanation of the process was spot on. Very friendly too. I also wasn't pounced on upon my arrival which I find very annoying. 10/10. I cannot comment on the quality of the product as it hasn't arrived yet.
