Friendly and helpful staff, gave us time and space to browse and test the products available at the store.

We were met and served by a friendly assistant and found what we were looking for.

Excellent service and the mug of tea was a really nice touch.

Staff member was very helpful but not too pushy and allowed us time to select the product we required

Our experience at Nottingham this evening was non comparable to the poor experience we received yesterday at Leicester. We were served by John this evening at Nottingham who was friendly, knowledgable about the products, listened to our needs, likes, dislikes and most importantly gave us space to browse and discuss amongst ourselves and wasnt a typical pushy sales man!
