I got what I needed without trouble and with friendly service.

Felt relaxed within the store could tell the team worked well with each other. Was approached at the right time without feeling jumped on.

Store very quiet during evening visit so assistance readily available

I dealt with a lady called Alex who was helpful and knowledgeable and made the process easy

Felix who served us was extremely knowledgeable about the products as we got a little confused about the bases and matresses and the pricing of the products

Quickly able to find what we wanted and quickly dealt with

This was our third visit to confirm what we were after and if happy place our order, however the attentivnes and service from John was the same on all our visits while we were trying to satisfy our needs. He was patient helpfull and knowledgable on all the products we consulted him on as well as giving us time to ourselves to make our judgements but always available for any questions. We found a variety of quality products throughout the store which takes time for us to establish what suited us best however at no time on any of the visits were we pressured to buy alowing the quality of the poduct and the knowlrdge and service of the sales people to do tthe "talking"

I was immediately met with a store assistant who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He discussed my needs and we very quickly agreed on a suitable mattress. He was very friendly and offered lots of positive feedback about the bed. I was also offered a chocolate whilst waiting!

Very good customer service

The sales assistant gave us time to browse before coming over to offer help, he then had a talk with us and explained about the range of beds we were looking at. He then made us a coffee and let us have as much time as we needed without hovering. When we were ready he came back over and explained about customer service etc and we were really happy with our choice and happy to order with him.
