Great customer service, and great product knowledge

We found the experience at Dreams very refreshing as the sales assistant Alex was very attentive and helpful without being intrusive or pushy which was lovely. She was able to answer all the questions we had and also able to advise on the minefield of mattress options available! Eventually helping us to make an informed decision. She also made the final transactions to actually purchase our items a pleasure. Overall we were very impressed with the whole experience.
