The sales assistants were very warm and friendly. They asked questions to find out the best way they could help to suffice our needs. They came over honest in their answers and if they did not know something they asked instead of guessing. We were offered a cup of tea whilst we were browsing through the shop. The manager was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. We felt like he was treating us special at all times.

Delightful sales assistant who obviously knew his product. He also gave us plenty of time and advice to try the product and ensured that it was correct for us.

I was welcomed on arrival and offered assistance but not pressured. The follow up contact was appropriate and answered my queries specifically but also allowed me the opporumity to re measure my requirements at home and without any pressured sales techniques. I was subsequently comfortable returning to place the order

When we entered the store we were asked if we needed help to which we said we were just looking and the sales assistant left us to it. In the retail world I know they have to ask but previous experiences mean they still ask you even after saying no help is required so to be left alone was fantastic only giving help when we asked for it!!! Plus the price and the deal they did us on delivery charges was fantastic

The overall experience has been excellent. We had enough time to really look into testing the different mattresses. The knowledge of the staff at Dreams has really helped us in making a decision in which mattress would be most suitable for us.
