The staff were very friendly and helpful and had a good knowledge of the items I wished to purchase.

I was highly satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and they had the time to sort things out to my wishes.

We were greeted warmly within a few minutes of entering the store. The lady who assisted us was well informed but after her first introduction she then gave us space to look around the store without pressure.

Team the assistant could not have been more helpful, fully explained the difference in each mattress and allowed us to try each one. He wasn't pushy and allowed us time to make up our minds. If he wasn't as good as he was, may have left the purchase to another day, thank you

Friendly staff seemed to know the products. Was vey nice to my young child who was with us.

We were well informed about the different kinds of mattresses and the Manager who served us was extremely helpful. She made sure we took our time to try a range of mattresses and she was able to make suggestions based on our needs. She was able to talk about each mattress in detail and what each one offers an individual. There was a relaxed atmosphere in the shop even though there were lots of customers. We feel that we made the right purchase and that we got value for money.

I attended the store with my husband as we wanted to purchase a new mattress for our bed. We were specifically looking for a pocket sprung mattress. We were approached by John who was very helpful, he explained the classifications of bed firmness and how to identify which were pocket sprung. He also recommended a few of the beds to try that met our criteria. John was very attentive, yet not pushy and knew when to leave us alone. It was really refreshing to be able to browse a store without someone constantly hovering.

We were assisted at the Nottingham store at Lady Bay by a very lovely lady called Alexandra. She helped us to identify the mattress and divan base which best suited our needs. We were delighted with the service we received in store and will happily recommend!

From the moment I walked into the store the staff were brilliant, they didn't 'pounce' on you they left us to wander around the store and when we were ready to ask questions they were there for us. Their knowledge of the products was excellent and were not pushy in making you buy something else. The delivery times were sufficient and the communications received after placing the order was excellent, there were no delays with the delivery and the whole process went very smoothly! Very impressed with Dreams!
