Excellent service from staff member John at the Nottingham store,very helpful and knowledgeable, not too pushy,but was there to give advice!

the staff in particular alex couldnt have been more helpfuland the banter with the other assistants made our visit an enjoyable experience

We were served by Alex who gave us all the information, help and support we needed during our visit to the star, explained all the different mattresses and prices to us and a bo us she made us a coffee whilst she was sorting the order. Couldn't have happier. Thank you!

David, your sales person was extremely knowledgeable and able to discuss the differences between products. He was friendly but not intrusive. His female colleague was also friendly. We were offered coffee and there was no hard sell. We knew roughly what we wanted and were guided by your excellent sales staff.

We were given good advice about the product and time to think on our own before we made the decision to purchase. The payment was speedy, the delivery time was good and we did not have to wait all day for the item to be delivered. The two guys who delivered the item (Greg and Shaun) were speedy and careful, a general good service.

Everybody we met was friendly, helpful and knew their products.
