We came to the store to purchase a mattress, until john helped us no other staff member asked us if we needed any help! John was very pite, helpful and courtesous

Everything was as I would expect from good customer service but highly satisfied is not really attainable under these circumstances as far as I am concerned.

Confusion over the signage at the mattress we chose, a red ticket above the price and description information didn't state the red ticket was included. No copy of the 8 year warranty available instore prior to purchase, reminds me of PPI.

we really struggled to select a super king bed due to stock issues for multiple reasons, we picked a bed eventually but it was not the one we really wanted that we had been shown at first.
