I feel that waiting more than 3 weeks for a divan base is not a good service. I appreciate that the colour is the problem however 'Charcoal' is a pretty common choice.

The assistant that dealt with my order was good and dealt with my order fine, no problems at all. I was there with my wife and two children and at no time did the assistant need to tell my children to not climb on any beds as me or my wife was telling them ourselves. Whilst paying for my bed another assistant told my wife to tell our children to take their feet off a bed they had temporary sat on (a handful of seconds before he pounced). We totally agree that the beds should not be climbed on like a playground, hence we were controlling our children, but at the time my children were sat still on this particular bed, looking around the store there were 5-6 couples, adults, all lying on beds with their shoes on!!! Nothing was said to any of these people, Infact they had assistants attending to them, encouraging them to ‘try the beds out’. It was uncalled for and not necessary at all. Left a sour taste of our visit.
