The time to deliver the products was more than a week.. 3 to 4 working days is a reasonable time to deliver. 2 days would be best.

A large selection online but when in store there’s very few mattresses to try. The idea of visiting a bed shop is to try the matteress, otherwise could just order online and that’s not what we wanted.

Our mattress came with 2 free Tempur pillows. My partner was told that he could upgrade his pillow to the cooling one and pay the difference when we was looking at our options. When we got to paying for the mattress this then wasn’t possible. I feel like we was falsely told this information just to get us to the check out quicker.

We liked the thermapur 1000, which was suggested by the sleep match. However we went for the thermapur 800 due to the cost difference of £120. If there could have been some help with the price we would have liked the 1000.

The store was quite cold. There were really only 3 mattresses that were in our requirement. I will have to wait for delivery in 3 weeks. The assistant was courteous and made us a drink , however the other assistants seemed to just stand around talking. I have shopped here before and bought a very expensive bed and this time have bought a very expensive mattress, hope it is worth it.

More than 2 weeks to delivery of the product I selected. I had an appointment however the shop was empty when I walked in and I wandered around for 5 minutes or so before the store assistant appeared

Then we got there all the staff were busy, not their fault they had a rush on. Had to ask for help, but once we got it, it was fine.

Really pushed to take out longer guarantee after saying I don’t want it - later phoned to cancel the guarantee.
