This was my second visit to dreams. I spoke to the same assistant both times. The first visit I left feeling as though my needs were not met as I was being shown beds that were out of my price range even when explaining I was a student... Which should have sent alarm bells and could have recognised I didn't have a huge budget. However this was rectified in my second visit where I was recognised on arrival and was able to explain my situation again and was shown products within my budget.

Jody the staff member who helped us was fantastic - Nottingham branch. Nothing was an issue and she was running the store on her own keeping all customers happy.

I walked in at 9.05 on the 12th of august and left at at 9.20 having ordered my mattress . I was already 3/4 of the way through my order before i was told it would take 12 days to be delivered to my house ( Just over my a mile from my house to Dreams shop ( I know that it's not kept in store ) but 12 days ??? ) . I work 9-5 mon-fri and really don't want to spend more than an hour of my short weekend messing about ........ But 12 Days

We were originally told the items the items we intended to order would be in stock items but it turns out that they will be made to order meaning a longer lead time so now not going be available for our moving in date. We would have ordered earlier if we were told this.
