Refurb going on, so it was noisy. I had to order the item as not in stock.

There was a bit of a wait to place the order as the assistant who served us was busy with other clients... In hindsight we should have gone on a weekday

as soon as we walked through the door we found the bed we wanted and fell in love right away. we had checked out a few mattress to go with it, again fund one we loved but it was a little too much, after asking a staff member for a similar firmness but cheaper price she walked us over to her recommendation and it was perfect! she even offered to get more pillows for comfort when trying it out. she was super friendly through out the purchase

There was only one assistant in store, due to sickness and patermnity leave, he was great, but was serving another customer when we first arrived, so we had to wait. I enquired regarding matching a 5% cashback offer I had seen if ordering on line, and a reduction was given in store, but it did not match the cashback offer, so I could have had better value. Finally, the delivery time of 4+ weeks for the matress is a bit of a problem, but we are waiting for the store to get back to us to see if this can be expediteted.

Delivery lead time seems longer than I would have expected. Considering some beds can be ‘taken home today’ I thought 10 days seems a while to wait.

Not an issue with the store but I did feel it was quite a long gap from placing order to when the mattress will be delivered - 12days.
