The colleagues were very friendly and understanding but I felt that I didn’t have much space to breathe or discuss things over with my partner in private as the colleague kept coming back to us after a few minutes. I had to ask for time to go away from the store for a minute and think about it as I felt I didn’t have time to think or discuss with my partner

I think there is always room for improvement that's why I have not put highly satisfied. Perhaps less interference from the other sales assistant. I would have liked a little more privacy.

I was very satisfied with our visit, highly satisfied is over stated, we had good service, friendly staff made us feel welcome, there was one other family in the shop, we had a good day as we needed a new bed and we made a purchase, so that made me happy.

A mattress purchased only 4 yrs earlier is having to be replaced. No offer of compensation.

The staff were extreemly helpful. It’s not their fault I was unable to climb stairs . Also again not the staff fault but I am not happy at having to pay the full cost of the bed long before it’s delivered, I was prepared to pay 50 percent deposit . I found that unusual to pay full cost well in advance of delivery

I was satisfied with my visit and the attention I was given. I think it would have to have been an amazing experience for me to be highly satisfied.

Despite raising the issue at the time and being assured paperwork would be sent quoting the correct address this has yet to happen. I also cancelled the headboard but again have had no confirmation or received advice that the promised refund would be made.

The price quoted verbally did not appear correct on the computer at time of ordering. There was some to-ing & fro-ing about this before the original quoted price was honoured Buying a bed for over £1400 & then having to pay extra £18 to have this put together in my home was very disappointing. The store manager said HQ left him with no leeway to discount this, which I was most unhappy about. To his credit he said he would personally come & build the bed if I requested this when it came Alexander, who served me, was great

It would have been helpful for stuff to suggested an option of a double after we told them that the king's bed would not fit in our bedroom. We had to find out online that they had an alternative of double bed after we got home. Meaning that it took about 2 days to sort out our older.
