Visited store to view hyde and sleep range to discover that it is online only. Wouldn't want to spend without trying. Purchased other product instead.

The product and visit to the store fantastic . The help we got from John in Nottingham was fantastic made us welcome and settled .helped us choose a bed and get a good price for what we have the only problem we had was on out part the transactionsfrom my card due to my marital name tgey just couldnt find me on the system . But after trying and preserving john managed to sort it out just before closing time . Thank you

Assistant was amazing however had to discuss something with another colleague and at times they did speak over one another and i didn't know who to listen too. Apart from that it was a really good visit to the store. I didn't expect to place an order as I did not know the dates I would be moving to a new house however the information I received was great and all my questions were answered

I tried to place 9rder online but unable to have a diffrent delivery address to the billing address. I contacted my local store and was told to go there and they could place the order for me. The lady i spoke to arranged the delivery without any problems. My only concern is that the delivery date states its to be confirmed when we agreed a delivery date in store.

There was only one colleague (John) and he was rushed off his feet, top this with the computer system not working so it taking him extra long to complete orders, not his fault, he was great!! There was also a fly issue in store, but there was in B&M next door too.
