One day before the end of the dreams sale there was one member of staff on, I've never had to wait an hour and a half to spend over a thousand pounds before.

There was only one assistant on, who was very helpful but on the second to last day of a sale more people were needed on the shop floor.

Bank holiday Monday is a busy time for shopping, and there were just not enough staff available. As soon as a member of staff was free I had the help I needed, but I did feel rather a spare part for a while.

Price range was lower than expected

The staff could not give a delivery date at the time of placing the order.

Friendly & fast, good knowledge of products

Always annoys me that carriage is not included when it is impossible to collect

The experience was good, but I can't be "highly satisfied" until I see how the bed/mattress wears
