To receive an "highly satisfied", the salesman would need to have ourselves as their total priority, but remaining at a distance, so as to not appearing too "pushy". Really hard to achieve.

I personally am reluctant to mark anything as top marks. The available delivery is over 2 weeks and I personally thought the delivery charge is on the higher side, but generally a pleasant experience and I would return to Dreams and would recommend Dreams to friends and family

The assistant first greeted us and explained the rating system I.e firm to soft and where specific beds were in the store. This was fine, however he said he would leave us to browse, but kept coming back to us on a number of occasions with new info about each bed, this left us a bit confused and overwhelmed, I would have preferred to be left alone to browse as he said he would and if I needed info I would then ask.

Bought what we were looking for but would have preferred more browsing time before being interrupted on several occasions with sales patter.

Disappointed at the cost of delivery, and to have old mattress taken away. Much more than I expected.

Was very impressed with the sales assistant John who knew everything and was very helpful... However there wasn't any movement he could give with the price or any goodwill pillows
