The colour arrangement of the beds made a very difficult decision easier when choosing the comfort of the beds.

I felt there wasn't as much variety of different ranges in store as to what is offered on the website. I had previously been browsing the dreams website to get an idea of the bed I wanted and in store there seemed to be only 3 main brands to choose from and not much else. I did feel the bed I eventually purchased was overpriced especially considering the advertisements of "up to half price autumn sale" which turned out to be only £50 deduction off the final product which totalled over £1,600, but as this was the bed I had chosen I decided to buy it anyway. The staff were lovely and attentive and couldn't be faulted.

Salesman could have been more attentive - we were the only people there! Perhaps talked about mattresses and our specific needs re back trouble

It was OK

The store was extremely quiet. We were the only customers in the store so it was easy for the shop assistants to help us.

The main problem is the availability of stock. Having to wait over a month for delivery appears to be rather excessive.

Would have liked more indepth info on mattresses regarding its structure and how that is reflected in the price.

There was no item of the bedroom range of furniture on display in the store. The assistant range arouond all other stores within the nearest counties and none stocked the range.

Mainly due to things such as design of the shop, i wouldn't say it is overly spectacular but that is reflected in the price of the product. I think more should be done from a design perspective, the shop feels a bit 'old hat'.
