The computer did not give any possible delivery dates on the bed we ordered, which was not the staff's fault at all. They said they would find out delivery dates the next day (today) and phone us, but they have not done so yet. This is a minor quibble because service was excellent and friendly and I love the beds at Dreams; but it means we will have to phone the store ourselves to chase it up tomorrow

I had a fantastic experience with John in the store who was helpful And courteous and very knowledgeable. I looked online and saw you have the same mattress for sale via your eBay store for £459 not the £1399 instore. I called customer service who were very helpful In starting cancelling the order process. However I received a retention call by another colleague at the nottingham store This morning. The colleague was coughing down the phone into my east and very aggressive in the way he spoke about the eBay store mattress saying it was second hand .and speaking about lower recourse ability and guarantee etc .. Which if I am still buying through your company but choosing to opt for the same thing but cheaper then I don’t understand and am quite irritated by the way he Weber about it

The staff were helpful and courteous. We were given all the time we needed. We went looking for a specific bed but unfortunately the bed is not in stock and apparently deliveries are awaited fro abroad.

The staff did not know how to work the 900i sleep motion bed. They had to call different people in the end I worked it out myself and downloaded the app and worked it out that way myself. Very poor product knowledge to say he said he had worked their for 13 years.

The IT system kept crashing whilst we were placing our order and then again when we were sorting out the finance. We kept having to start over and it took 1 1/2 hours. I knew what I wanted to order when I got there so that bit was quick. It’s not acceptable to have to wait that long. I understand that the IT system had recently had an upgrade and the problem had been going on for a few days. If I was ordering on line and the system kept crashing I would never use your site again, so why allow it to happen in store after customers make an effort to go to the store rather than just your website? If it wasn’t for the helpful staff I would have made a formal complaint.
