The sales rep Usha was brilliant from start to finish. She helped us figure out the type of mattress, she also showed us the sleep machine On a previous visit to figure out our comfort settings. On this occasion she was helpful polite and friendly with my whole family

The assistant was customer friendly and offered me a good deal for my purchase. I had a test of the matress I was purchasing and she also answered all my queries well

Greeted straight away, offered drinks, asked to try out the sleep machine which was super helpful in finding an ideal bed

Usha, was welcoming, had good product knowledge, gave us options and space to think through our options before purchase. Provided pillows, sleepmatch option and offered drinks.

The member of staff, Mary, who assisted me was very friendly and helped me find the mattress I needed. If I enquired about anything she was very knowledgeable.

Mary really helped us pick out the perfect bed for us. We tried the bed simulator (which I've never done before) to find out more about out our sleeping preferences and ended up buying a bargain for the original price and the price we found online/other stores.

Everything was well laid out, tidy and smartly presented. Our salesman was interested, attentive and very knowledgable. We were quite impressed with the sleep posture analysis machine, wholly new to us, and with the very wide selection of beds and mattresses. Our ordering was processed effectively, and the follow up emails received very promptly. All in all a very good shopping experience which provided exactly what we needed with no hassle or problems. Well done everybody.

My son and I were greeted by Andy the store manage with a smile and a welcomed coffee he was kind and considerate had a great sense of humour and very knowledgeable talking me through everything a good time was had by all
