On our first visit Chris was extremely helpful when discussing our needs. On our return to make a purchase rob continued with the excellent service and assisted us through the purchase

I went into store wanting to look at a specific style of headboard I had seen online and Chris was very helpful in locating the headboard I wanted to look at as well as showing me the detail as to the different colours I could choose. He also was very helpful in choosing the right Divan to go with the headboard and in the decision making process with regards to storage.

The staff very friendly and helpful we could not fault them they made us feel like part of there own family. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family

Never been in a Dreams store before and was really pleased with the whole experience. Chris was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, never pushy - which I can't stand. He said hello when I walked in, made me a cup of coffee then left me alone as I tried out mattresses. He then suggested I try out the sleep match mattress so I did and was pleased that it matched what I had read online about sleeping positions & pressure points. Chris then accompanied me as he picked out several mattresses for me to try out - he carried the pillow. I chose a frame and mattress and hope the delivery service matches the instore experience.

From start to finish the experience was a very pleasant one. Mary was extremely helpful and listened to my needs adding her knowledge in helping me make my decision easier. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt the relaxed atmosphere certainly helped in my ultimate decision in purchasing my mattress on the day. A special Thank you to Mary for her help.

Staff were really friendly and approachable, their product knowledge made it easy for them to recommend the bed I found most comfortable without making test every mattress in store.
