we brought off this store 7 years ago and the remembered us ,

I had no experience of new bed technology. I was assisted in my choice, allowed to lie on many beds, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. I felt I was valued as a customer and it was important I chose the correct bed for my back.

Mary was very helpful and welcoming She showed great knowledge on everything we asked and wanted, Mary helped us fined are dream mattress and we can’t wait for it to be delivered! :)

Proficient and professional.

Andy, the staff member was extremely helpful. He showed us to the sleep match bed and we did that, he gave us pillows as we tired each mattress, he was friendly and attentive. He offered us a drink as we discussed what option we were going to go with. He even managed to help us out with a mattress topper and another mattress for our children's beds. Overall, extremely satisfied!

Because l got what l came for, at the price l wanted to pay, plus other offers ie extended warranty with a free mattress cover, small fee charged to take old mattress away

The gentleman who assisted us, Rob was very knowledgeable and a very pleasant man. He spent time showing us around the different products and had a good understanding of them. We visited another bed store but the customer service and products did not compete so we returned and placed the order with Rob

Quick efficient friendly service and made the process easier

Chris approached me on entering the store.I said I'd have a look around then ask him if I need anything. When I asked him, he took me to the science bed that tells you which mattresses are suited. He then explained everything to me and why some prices were higher than others. I didn't intend to buy a Super King but when he showed me them I liked the look but needed to measure up. So I went home and checked my room and returned a few days later and Chris sorted everything for me. He was very patient with my indecision over which Headboard to buy then processed my order. Chris was friendly and helpful throughout without putting any Salesman Pressure on me. Thank you Chris.
