What a pleasant experience all of the people we dealt were helpful not at all pushy I had no idea what I wanted and valued the help given. We would recommend Dreams to anyone. great shop great service 10/10

Great friendly service from Mary, all good.

We found just what we were looking for, and the quality of the beds were outstanding. We got to try out the beds and chose the best for our individual needs. The staff were very nice and helpful. We visited three times and were given quotes. The paperwork was made easy. We are confident that we made the right choice in buying our bed from dreams. We can't wait to have it delivered.

Rob and Andy knew the products they were selling and could match my needs to the products they had on sale

Not pounced on by Sales staff as soon as arrived. Left to peruse and then assisted by the lovely Mary in your Oldbury store. She was very helpful and non pushy. She didnt rush me and left me in control of my visit. Lovely lady.

Spent time with us explaining everything clearly. Explained which bed would suit us.let us try as many as we wanted to try. Did not rush us to make a decision.

Everything was very straightforward, the staff member was very informative and showed us a variety of mattress, with no pressure on what to buy. He asked us for our budget and showed us mattress accordingly, but I still did not feel pressured to buy anything.

I found the employee Usha to be very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout my time up until purchase. I was given a number of options and greeted with a smile. I was offered a drink and was given various options of purchasing mattresses and pillow and was also informed about sleep-match. The experience was very good and I was highly satisfied as indeed was my wife.

Mary your staff that assist us ,was amazingly helpful and kind, we couldn't ask for any more she took us around the store and showed us different things , different prices , she then understand our price range and work with us without pressuring us and that was nice , from now on dreams is the only bed shop for me and my family so please blame Mary for that 🤗. I'm sooooo happy.x
