The staff member who dealt with us, Christopher at Oldbury dreams store was highly helpful and had very good customer service, if it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have bought the item.

Mary the shop assistant in the Oldbury Branch was extremly helpful. Soon as we walked in she came over and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress. We were confused to which mattress to purchase as there was so much choice however Mary told us about the sleep test they have in store. Me and my husband were so impressed and it helped choice the perfect level of firmness for us. Mary showed us the different ranges and the explained the difference in each mattress and the prices. Once we choice the mattress, Mary showed us the difference bed frames as well bed base and headboard options. She discussed all the advantage of each bed and what is included and what we can upgrade to e.g. Spring slats which we did. My husband and i were extremely happy with he service we received and were so happy to see how efficient and easy the process was. We went into the store to look around at beds and left with a bed, mattress, pillows and duvet. We are moving into our new house shortly and Mary ensured we received our order next week instead of after Christmas. Overall we were highly satisfied and will be coming back to Dreams for our next bed. Service, comfort and look was all perfect.

Mary, the advisor in store was friendly , to the point, knowledgable, not pushy and listened to our needs and wants. Really pleased with what we got and confident in our purchase. Sleepmatch was amazing! Didnt expect something as experiential as this before we walked in, and seems really useful. Teas and coffees, great touch. If its the same in all stores and I'm happy recommending dreams to anyone any time.

When going into store wasn't jumped on by the nearest employee, asked a few questions and the lady who served me was really nice and got what I was trying to explain, very patient and came back next day after measuring up and waited for her to be free to give her the business,she deserved it

Mary, the Sales Assistant, was very helpful understanding our needs perfectly and even offering a welcome beverage. Not at all pushy, the whole process felt very relaxed.

Mary was extremely helpful for the duration of our visit. We were offered refreshments, made use of the electronic bed that helps you pick a mattress, and Mary helped us to pick a mattress based off these results. We felt very comfortable trying as many mattresses as we wanted to until we found the perfect one. We felt very welcome throughout and had an excellent experience start to end.
