We came into the store to get an idea of what bed / mattress we would like as me and my wife take a bit of time to find something we both like. I liked the fact we were greeted on the way in, given a little bit of time before approached also which was nice. Then mary was extremly pleasant got us both on the matress sleep matcher and entertained our son while it matched us to the most suitable mattress! She took us around all the ones we matched to and gave us a comfy pillow to try them with too. She was really knowledgable answered our questions but also let us come to the decision about what we liked best. I loved the way she made us feel comfortable offering us drinks and general chit chat too. Great experience end to end. Looking forward to receiving our bed which we ended up purchasing that day! Chris the assistant was very friendly and helpful and he helped to find the bed I needed due the back pain I was getting.

Chris our sales assistant was very knowlegeble about the products and our specific needs.

My assistant Mary put me at my ease and nothing was too much trouble. She helped me through the sleep assessment and explained the options recommended. She listened to my needs as well. She was friendly and did not pressure me but gave me the information I needed to make my choices. Her experience of her own purchases were also helpful. I was offered drinks during my visits and encouraged to test beds as long as I needed to make a choice I was happy with.

We had so much help from a lady called Mary at the Oldbury store, she got us the exact the mattress we were looking for and was more than helpful, very friendly lady, we are extremely happy
