Chris explained everything in depth and nothing was too much for him. I got to try out the different mattresses specifically suitable for me. I was offered a drink and he talked through the application for finance. Everything was done efficiently. Excellent service provided by Chris.

Mary the the sales person was knowledgeable and professional. Once she had given us the information about each mattress she allowed us time to try the mattresses we had on our short list. As I have a problem with my back she was encouraging to let us come back in a few days as my back was aching a lot from trying several different ones. When we returned again she allowed us time to make our decision. A very good experience! Thank you

We were very pleased with all aspects of our visit. A good selection of beds on display in a pleasant environment. But above all we were very pleased with Mary who guided us through the process of selection and purchase of our new mattress. Her knowledge of the stock was very good and we were given plenty of time and advice along the way.

Rob was very friendly and we had a good chat about mattress preferences. He took the time to walk me through the various options and help me decide on the best mattress to purchase. He explained quality, price and sourcing policy which helped with misconceptions I had about the mattress market. He was not pushy like one usually feels when buying other products.
