Dreams - Oldbury

Mary from the oldbury branch was very helpful, explained everything and gave us space when we needed. even made us a coffee.

When we walked into the store we were greeted by Usha. We weren't too sure what we were looking for so she suggested we try the sleepmate machine which selected some beds for us to look at. She showed us the ranges to suit the results of the machine which we then able to try. We were not hassled to make any decision and we were left to ourselves to discuss which was best for us.

From our first visit where we spoke with Andy, to a further conversation with Rob on the phone and a final visit to the store where we had the pleasure of being served by Usha the service was faultless. We undertook the Sleep Match test with Andy on our first visit and he helped us try many mattresses, we decided on the Therapur Actigel 1600 but it was outside our price range so we went away to think about it. A follow up call with Rob confirmed there was one available through a comfort exchange so we headed straight over! Usha was exceptional, made us feel so welcome and answered any queries we had. We left with not only a mattress but a mattress protector, pillows and delivery at a time of our choice! We can't thank the team enough and have already had better nights sleep than we have had in months - the aches and pains are starting to go away! The team are a credit to Dreams and the difference in the service received to a Dreams store a couple of miles up the road was staggering. We would recommend all of our family and friends to come and visit you in Oldbury!

We were seen by a lady called Mary in your Oldbury store. She was very very helpful going through all of the things we needed and wanted in terms of a mattress. She really knew her stuff and she and her colleagues were very professional and lovely. I have never shopped with Dreams before but we were very impressed and extremely happy. Our mattress arrived yesterday and it is fantastic. The delivery arrived within the time slot and the driver was very friendly and helpful. Such a great experience and I have already recommended to several family members

My husband and I went at 11.30 and looked around. Mary our assistance took time to understand our requirements . She introduced us to the beds which monitor your weight / posture and recommended suitable mattresses . She let us take sample home to check colours and measurements. We returned to sort at 2pm as agreed which our teenager sons and she guided them to different mattresses as well . Gave us all hot chocolate . Explained what deals are available . The whole experience was very rewarding , even my teenager sons enjoyed it ... which is saying something . The only disappointment was the time delay for delivery as it’s my sons birthday on 24th Nov and we want place in order so his friends can have a sleepover. Mary said she will send email and do whatever she can to get a faster delivery which will be magic . I have already recommended a visit to dreams to my brother in law and my mum today .

Was greeted in a polite friendly manner. Given the opportunity to try the sleep match which make it so much easier and accurate to buy the correct mattress . The cappuccino is fantastic, tempted to come around for another one and was given a nice pillow to put while trying g the mattresses that I ended up buyin in the end as it was fantastic for my neck problems. 5* for all the staff
