Mary was very approachable and friendly. Very knowledgeable in what we were looking for.

On entering the store on oldbury was welcomed and showed me and my wife how the test bed worked and did not try to pressure us into any other mattress that would be no good for us the assistant was named Chris and he was very helpful and polite also offered us a drink which very nice great service and would recommend to anyone to shop at the oldbury store great service from Chris the assistant

Staff very hopeful and friendly allowed you to look around without being pressured and was on hand if you had any questions When you decide what you wanted the process was quick

The staff are engaging, friendly and helpful. Chris was really nice, knowledgeable and very good at his job. He gave us several options with the mattress. Chris customer relationship skill is excellent. Good job .
