Speed of service , mary the employee came across very experienced and helped me choose the correct mattress by putting me onto the mattress machine. Overall very impressed with her service and she is a credit to the company

I accompanied my parents (in their 80s) to make this store visit and purchase. They are uncomfortable with pushy sales techniques so I was pleased that the store staff (thank you, Usha) were sensitive to this. She gently encouraged them to go through a full mattress assessment process and persuaded them to actually lie down on the beds. This was a very good thing. Once the decision had been made, the completion of the paperwork was very smooth and the delivery/disposal options were very clearly explained. Usha was professional, courteous and hospitable and the whole in-store experience was positive. The same can also be said for the subsequent delivery process in the following week.
