From the moment we stepped inside the building we felt welcomed and the store assistant could do anything more for us. She was so patient towards my daughter who has severe learning difficulties.

Machine determined type of mattress, Andy was excellent with his knowledge, polite, professional and friendly.

the staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke to us on a friendly basis rather than a professional one which we were really grateful for. we didn't feel pressured into buying anything and were just given the information that we needed. We were also told to go away and think about our decision and that there was no rush for us. We were shown all options after being tested for which mattress best suited us and given plenty of time for us to make our decision. The whole team at oldbury were amazing and made our decision so easy, relaxed and comfortable which you don't always get in a sales environment

We were treated by Usha straight away, she listened to what we was after and set up on the machine to see what mattress suited us, she gave us a tour round the store of the different mattresses which were suited to us and then left us to browse at our own leisure so we could decide what we wanted. Once we was ready to go ahead and place an order there were plenty of staff members to help. Andy was introduced to us to help by Usha as she was with another customer at this point but then soon returned when she became available.

Mary was very helpful, she allowed me to try multiple mattresses and also did the mattress matching which was great.

The staff (Usha and Andy) were extremely friendly and product "savvy". They understood our needs and directed us to the right product. The store also was extremely welcoming as the tasty coffee. I would have no problems in pointing friends in the "Dreams" direction.

Andrew, the staff member was polite, clean, well turned out, & cheery, welcomed us both & offered us a coffee or tea, answered all or questions & made us feel totally relaxed, & under no pressure to buy, allowed us time to look around the store, without being harassed, he allowed us all the time we needed to make our choice. It was a very nice visit.
