Polite and helpful staff

Staff were very good, our Son who we brought to the store to buy a new bed for suffers with Anxiety and staff we very understanding and helpful with this issue and tired to make it a pleasant experience for him as possible. Excellent staff.

Personable, knowlegable staff. Warmly greeted and a very informative visit with a wide choice given I was very specific in my needs. Used the Sleepmatch device which was incredible and the staff ensured I felt of value. A rare trait for most establishments nowadays. Exceptional customer service by Usha. The checkout process was lengthy given I had lost my Veterans Discount Card. But Usha and her colleague worked together to ensure I received the 10% discount. Very understanding and very much welcomed. During checkout I was offered a drink and my daughter given a hot chocolate and cake! Nice touch. I've since returned today and bought 2 pillows and a mattress protector.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They made sure they took care and effort to deal with my questions and

the sales assistant was very friendly and patient with my mother who was looking for a new matress.

Service was excellent, Mary the sales assistant was excellent.

Usha was most helpful without any pressurisation and understood our requirements fully and the need to return home to measure prior to placing an order. She made our visit, welcoming, her knowledge on mattress differences was great. Using your in-house new bed technology was fun yet clever and it made what we thought to be a mundane task into an enjoyable experience. Already enjoying our pillows and can’t wait for our bed delivery. Thank you.
