The manager Andy and colleague Usha were extremely friendly and helpful offering me and my partner coffee while we placed our order and explaining what would happen on delivery.They both made our time in the store a very pleasant experience

The man who saw to us was name rob and he was brilliant he wasn’t over the top as a salesman gave you advice that we did need left us alone when we need a chat about finances he was more than helpful in more areas that one

The friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of your employees was of a very high order.

Usha who served us was very knowledgeable, helpful, very friendly and approachable. Gave us time to look around without feeling forced to buy in anyway. When we decided to purchase, it was dealt with very efficiently with a delivery date to suit our needs.The other members of staff were also very friendly.

Very friendly staff

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the store. The beds were displayed well and it was easy to view each one. The staff Usa and Mary were extremely pleasant,helpful and kind and knowledgeable.It was a pleasurable experience and I will certainly be returning to Dreams when the need arises. I will not hesitate in informing my family and friends that Dreams sells good quality products and it is well worth a visit. I would like to give an extra special mention to the two ladies who served me. I would also like to add that I was most impressed by the quality and value for money of the bedroom furniture.
