We were highly satisfied as we were both unsure of the type of mattress that we needed. The sales assistant, slim was very helpful with helping us make the right decision.

Great customer service

the friendliness of the staff. they were also quite knowledgeable of the products which i enquired about and help with narrowing down what would work best for my wants and needs. also the time it took from start to finish being asked if i needed and help a few moments after i entered the store allowing me time to look around with out being hassled to start, then once i had looked around a bit they came over and asked if i needed any help then using the sleep match to find the right mattress for me, what sort of pillows would suit me and being hospitable by offering drink whilst i was there.

Staff were helpful straight away and very informative. I didn't feel under pressure to buy. I bought what I was looking for at an excellent price.

The sales assistant (Mary) listened to what I was looking for. After my sleep test for a mattresses she showed me all of the recommended mattresses and discussed each one with me to ensure I knew everything about each mattresses before i made decision. Then when I informed her that I needed to make a telephone call to my partner to see what mattresses he preferred she offered and made me drink. I felt very welcome at the store and Mary did a fantastic job.

Usha came over to me and my dad straight away, she asked me what I would like and she explained about being tested on a mattress to see what specific one I should have, she made us both hot drinks and she left us to have a look around then came back to us in a reasonable time then she sorted my order efficiently, very pleased with the service.

For the reasons I have already stated all parts of the experience were good.

The person that helped me, Rob, was very knowledgable and helped me find the mattress I have purchased. He was not a pushy salesman and was very honest in his approach to the sale.
