Mary was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable and found us several mattress options suitable to our personnel requirements and our budget requirements. Mary also made us a nice cup of coffee.

Have purchased from Dreams previously and have been very satisfied with the products. The store is conveniently located. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were greeted on arrival and offered a drink. Different products and options were explained and we were encouraged to try out different mattresses and pillows.

Staff approached was prompt, service was excellent all staff were friendly and product was just what I was looking for.

I had done most of my research online and knew exactly what I wanted (small double ottoman base & mattress for a spare room) so didn't really need to choose from products on display or require that much assistance. Initially when I visited the store on a Saturday afternoon a few weeks prior I wasn't that impressed with the assistance as at that point i was still looking around and didn't feel that I had much help, however on my visit yesterday I was the only customer in the showroom and the assistant I dealt with was helpful and did shown me the items in the showroom that I had picked. I was happy with the price I paid and was probably only in the showroom for about half an hour whilst the order was being processed. I was happy with the delivery time as online had indicated a slightly later date so to know it was being delivered earlier was a bonus especially as it was on my day off so I didn't need to book time off. My Brother works for Dreams so was able to get a discount which I was very happy with, and I would be likely to return and recommend to others as the pricing of your goods seems reasonable and the quality seems good.
