The store was very well laid out lots of choice and all good quality, the assistant Mary greeted us upon arrival she had a lot of in-depth knowledge that we did not have, she advised us to do a sleep match which made our choice a lot easier for our needs, Mary gave us time to try the beds out with no rush and also told us about the offers if we bought the pillows, she was very helpful and polite but we didn’t feel pressured , a very relaxed atmosphere Mary made us both a coffee while we made our decision would defiantly shop there again and recommend the Dreams Oldbury store to anyone

Rob was extremely helpful. He was very well informed about the items we were purchasing and talked us through all of our options. When we were unsure on what mattress level to go for, he walked us round the shop and advised us on the best ones for us. He also advised us on what we wanted, and didn't try up-sell us any items we didn't ask for.

We had a very nice stress free experience. Usha, the lady who helped us was very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and very understanding and patient when I explained that I had fibromyalgia and found sleeping very difficult.

Meet and greet was very professional, offered drinks and seating , assistant very knowledgeable about the products, took his time, no pressure, we had been in the shop before and he served us again second time we visited the shop. He gave sound advice on pillows so we purchased the one to suit our need, and offered sleepmatch, so please thanks Rob at Dreams Oldbury.

Welcomed into Oldbury store. No pressure to buy. Looked after and felt comfortable trying and retrying the beds.Customer service Usha was excellent! Made a stressful shop fun.

Andy Marsh, at oldbury very attentive listened and guided us But Not trying to increase our budget , complete bed wanted and bought for our granddaughter , with his happy help ,lovely friendly crew nice atmosphere offers of a drink while looking around . Great choice for all pockets and sleep options , will be going back at later date for ourselves,..added bonus not rushed AND car parking.... Dave ..

The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and also very accommodating in helping my 16 year old and 12 year old choose a suitable mattress with the sleep system. We were offered drinks and time to browse but advice when we needed it. Thankyou to Usha.

Satty & Usha were both great in making me feel looked after + their knowledge and advice was first class. Satty was the main person who I dealt with and he really explained everything, had lots of time & patience in which to understand my needs. A real nice decent down to earth guy who made it a pleasure to buy the mattress from Dreams, also Usha was also extremely supportive as well. I cant recommend them both enough. Many thanks for making buying a mattress a great relaxing experience.
