As soon as i walked into the Oldbury store Satty Singh welcomed me immediately. I had an idea of the price i wanted to pay and the type of bed i wanted. He showed me the beds and i tried a few out. Really enjoyed the experience and have come away with a really nice mattress. We arranged delivery dates that suited me and also a payment plan that we both agreed on. I will always recommend my friends and family to this store and had previously been to this store aprox 2 years ago where i bought a superking, double mattress and a sofabed which I'm thoroughly happy with

The assistant Mary was very helpful and obliging. It was good to go to a store that supplied beds that you could see and try.

I found what i needed quickly and the assistant was helpful in allowing my daughter for whom the mattress was being bought to lie on the store mattress and she was patient while we dithered. The cost was reasonable and delivery easy to book and with good notification of time slot.

The lady was very attentive and the store manager was a very friendly and down to earth gentleman

Our sale representative Usha was very friendly and helpful she is new in the store but product knowledge was good

Staff were friendly and very helpful, we were offered refreshments, and weren't hurried or rushed in any way.

Shop staff offered help and were very helpful.Delivery was sorted easily and the actual delivery went smoothly and on time again staff were polite and helpful .

Rob was ace. Offered us a friendly hello, a drink, put us on the sleepmatch and got us pillows to match our mattress. Not too salesy, really friendly guy.

I was treated like a valued customer at the shop by Rob and his colleague from the moment l walked into the store to completing my purchase. Rob was extremely patient and assisted me in making an informed decision. Thank you very much your professionalism in such a competitive environment is commendable.

We were served on this occasion by Satvinder who was friendly and helpful. We were looking at luxury ottoman beds, my mum had purchased one recently and was pleased with it and we needed more storage. Satvinder showed us the different option of bases. We ordered a double for our son and a king size for ourselves. Satvinder also advised us on the mattresses that had been selected as being ideal for us after using the machine in store.
