We have purchased from Dreams previously and as before, we were happy with our experience in store. Everyone friendly and helpful. Offered a hot drink which was a nice touch.

From the receipt it show states to mention validation 120. I was approached by a lovely smart gentleman called Satty, he explained the importance of good night sleep and effects the mattress has on my back. I walked out of dreams spending a lot of money I didn’t anticipate but my lifestyle will would easy with a good sleep. We all have hectic social and work life balance to match. But not possible without a good night sleep. Thank you Satty. I will be coming in soon for my children beds.

Rob and Andy were so helpful and pleasant. I can honestly say without a doubt, one of the best shopping experience I have ever had. I am so happy, I am having an additional mattress for my caravan also, to be confirmed tomorrow

The use of sleep match was interesting and helped advise us on perfect match for me and my husband. This technology is excellent as otherwise we wouldn't have even known where to start. Staff at the store were friendly in particular Rob who was very helpful through out our time there. He advised us on different mattresses and was very knowledgeable. We would never have even thought to look at the mattress he recommended and it was perfect. I also liked the fact that staff weren't pushy trying to force us into a sale like in some other stores we visited.
