Knew what I wanted as I bought the same one 2 years ago

This is the first time that we have bought products from Dreams.Highly satisfied with the cleanliness,customer service and quality of the beds,frames and mattress.Will recommend to family and friends and will shop there again.

Me and my husband received a great help from Rob. When we came to Dreams we weren't sure of what weexacrly needed. Rob helped us to find a perfect matress and was very helpful with assisting us and sharing his knowledge about beds and furniture. Beacuse of Tob's expertise we completed the whole process with no time. We will definitely be back.

Usha was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I was really impressed with the sleep test as it narrowed down to the ideal mattresses for me. Usha’s knowledge of the products was brilliant and she was not at all pushy.

Mary was great! Highly knowledge and after using the sleep mattress machine we were able to find the perfect mattresses for us!

The lady name usha served me she was very friendly and welcoming. Even though I knew what I wanted she still took the time out to offer me different options. Like colour and price range. Because of her helpfulness I came back and bought the two beds from her.

We were greeted as we entered the store and asked if we needed assistance. From that point on we were looked after, we experienced the "sleep machine" to help with the type of bed we needed, shown and tested various options with an extra pillow being provided. I have arthritis and move quite slowly and often with some difficulty but the sales assistance was patient and courteous throughout. He had a good knowledge of the products we were shown and also had a very friendly personality which made the experience of choosing a mattress more pleasant.
