Dreams - Oldbury

After heaving a pretty rubbish break up with my partner, I urgently required a bed. I visited the Oldbury store, to get a bed and was greeted by Usha. Usha was very understanding of my situation, and talked me through the different options that were available to me. We used the sleep matcher machine to find my mattress type and then worked on that to find the right solution for myself. Usha was professional throughout and put myself at ease during a pretty rubbish point in my life!

We visited the Oldbury store after viewing the bed online. The assistant showed us the same bed on display and answered all our questions . We ordered the bed and it was delivered four days later. The delivery was punctual and all to plan and helpful advice given again by the delivery driver .

The store had the bed I was looking for and I was able to view in my own time.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Help to find exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. This is the 3rd visit to the Oldbury store and always find a warm welcome.

I was let down by another company with regards to a mattress. I phoned dreams and the lady on the phone told me to come straight down. She was kind helpful and very professional and knew exactly what she was talking about.

Mary, the colleague who helped with our purchase, was excellent. From recommending the right mattress to ensuring our purchase fitted our budget, she was helpful and knowledgable. Couldn’t fault the service we received from her in store.

Staff answered all our questions(came in twice)very very helpful told us things we were not sure of offered us drinks,helped my hubby and myself on and off beds(both of us middle 70s) both times lady assistants seemed to know where in store beds applicable to us were,in fact nothing at all was any trouble to your staff even when paying gentleman assistant was cheery and helpful.Have told all family how great service is.
